[Arrowed wide bezier line tool] command

This command activates the arrowed wide bezier line tool.
It allows you to create a wide polyline object.
You can link from the specified object to the new wide polyline object at the same time.

ID=TOOL_WIDE_BEZIER_ARROW

Create a wide arrowed bezier line object.
Reference object.
