[Horizontal link] command

This command stops the linking operation and creates a horizontal link.

ID=TLCMD_MAKE_HORZ_LINK_OUT

Create an inter-MOLIP link with the selection tool.
Create an Inter-MOLIP link by using the right button of the mouse.
Create an Inter-MOLIP link of the polyline object with the figure edit tool.
