[Both directions link] command

This command stops the linking operation and creates a both directions link.

ID=TLCMD_MAKE_LINK_IN_OUT

Create an inter-MOLIP link with the selection tool.
Create an Inter-MOLIP link by using the right button of the mouse.
Create an Inter-MOLIP link of the polyline object with the figure edit tool.
